Berlin Mitte Seitenfliese / Bordüre is designed to frame and define spaces within the Berlin Collection. Combining the structured elegance of Victorian style floor tiles with subtle Moroccan style detailing, this 20 × 20cm porcelain tile features a linear border design in layered green tones with a matt finish. It adds contrast and direction, creating a clear visual break between patterns while still feeling cohesive with the main Mitte tile.
Ideal for use as a Victorian style border tile on floors or as a decorative wall tile, it works perfectly in hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms. Use it to create framed layouts typical of traditional Victorian entrances, define zones within open spaces, or add detail around the edges of patterned floor tiles. It pairs seamlessly with Berlin Mitte and other designs in the collection, allowing for both classic and more creative layouts.
Made from durable porcelain, this tile is suitable for wall and floor use, indoors and outdoors. It is wetroom safe, frost resistant, compatible with underfloor heating, and features an R11 anti-slip surface—making it a practical choice for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas.

- Up to 40 kg - €1.10 per kg (minimum price €6.99)*
- Orders over 40kg - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight/product and delivery postcode.*

SHIPPING OUTSIDE GERMANY
- All orders containing samples may be charged a shipping fee.
- Delivery of samples – upto 7.5kg FREE
- Delivery of samples – over 7.5kg €9.99
- Full orders up to 40 kg - €2.00 per kg (minimum price €19.99)*

Please be aware deliveries to Norway/Switzerland may be subject to import duties that are the buyers responsibility.

SHORT TERMS*
When ordering other products with samples, additional shipping costs may apply.
Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Drivers are NOT insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. Under NO circumstances will they be covered to go into communal areas where delivering to a flat, upstairs or into lifts.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as he/she deems possible.
