How to Use the Levelling Pliers with the Wedge System

Place a levelling clip under the first tile in the adhesive, then position the next tile alongside it.

Insert a wedge through the clip.

Use the levelling pliers to press the wedge evenly into the clip. With experience, you will develop a feel for the right amount of force.

Allow the adhesive to cure completely.

Once cured, the clips and wedges can be removed by stepping in the direction of the grout lines.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE GERMANY
- All orders containing samples may be charged a shipping fee.
- Delivery of samples – upto 7.5kg FREE
- Delivery of samples – over 7.5kg €9.99
- Full orders up to 40 kg - €2.00 per kg (minimum price €19.99)*
- Orders over 40kg - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight/product and postcode.*

SHIPPING NORWAY - SWITZERLAND
Please be aware deliveries to Norway/Switzerland may be subject to import duties that are the buyers responsibility.

SHORT TERMS*
When ordering other products with samples, additional shipping costs may apply.
Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Drivers are NOT insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. Under NO circumstances will they be covered to go into communal areas where delivering to a flat, upstairs or into lifts.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as he/she deems possible.
